Welcome to Advozo Digital. By accessing our website, purchasing our services (Web Development, SEO, Branding, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Performance Marketing), or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Advozo Digital provides digital services as outlined in your selected package or customized proposal.

Web Development:

We design and develop websites based on the agreed package. Any additional pages, features, or functionality requested after project initiation will be charged separately.

SEO Services:

We use ethical (white-hat) SEO practices to improve search engine rankings. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings as search engine algorithms frequently change.

Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:

We manage content design, reels, posting schedules, and engagement strategies. Revisions beyond the included package limits will be billed additionally.

Performance Marketing & Ads:

We create and manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta. Ad spend is not included in service fees and must be paid separately.

2. Payment & Refunds

Payment Structure

A non-refundable advance payment of 50% is required to start any project. The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery, deployment, or transfer of files. For monthly services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Ads), payments must be made in advance on a monthly basis.

Refund Policy

  • Once work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable

  • If a project is canceled by the client midway, payment must be made for work completed up to that stage

  • Monthly services are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins

3. Timelines & Revisions

We aim to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines depend on client cooperation.

Client Delays:

Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may extend project timelines.

Revision Limits:

Each package includes a fixed number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the limit will incur extra charges.

Scope Changes:

Any new features or changes outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work or a separate project.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Advozo Digital transfers ownership of final deliverables to the client.

Ownership:

Clients will receive rights to the final approved designs, content, and website assets.

Portfolio Rights:

Advozo Digital reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Advozo Digital will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from:

  • Downtime or issues caused by third-party hosting or service providers
  • Loss of data due to client-side actions or lack of backups
  • Changes in search engine algorithms affecting SEO performance
  • Ad performance variations due to market conditions or platform policies
  • Security breaches after project delivery if maintenance is not included

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party tools and platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services
  • Any additional costs related to these services are the responsibility of the client

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
